Who is wellnur?

Wellnur is the culmination of a life-long passion of a health nut + research-junkie husband-wife duo (Fay & Hibbard) who were tired of imitation cheesecloths hampering their pursuit of an authentic healthy lifestyle. Our chemical and food sensitivities made us want to help others like us through sustainable bio-solutions.
So we produced our culinary Grade 90 tight mesh cheesecloth that is made of high density premium unbleached fibres which make the cloth resilient to take the strain of a multitude of household applications.
Giving Back To The Community
As a small family owned business ourselves, we work with other local cotton harvesting communities and support rural livelihoods by providing a wider market for their produce. We do not mass-produce any of our range, but operate a batch process system. This means that all our items are made with that bit more care and love – and you can see that in the finished item!
What is so special about Wellnur?
Feeling misled by sub-standard cheesecloths, we conceptualized, designed and crafted a well-made, organic, 100% cotton cheesecloth. One that we could cut and wash without it disintegrating. Our cheesecloth is a labour of love that captures the essence of our customer’s need. It is free of any harsh bleaching chemicals e.g. chlorine or synthetic dyes which reduce the natural strength of the fibres, making them weak and more prone to damage.
